This newsletter has been a long time coming, but, once again, so much has happened around here that we have been swept off our feet.
New Premises
First things first: once again we have outgrown our premises and had to look for a bigger and better place. After visiting all sorts of places in the local vicinity, we found just what we were looking for; open, light and large enough to hold almost all our beads… mind you, our range continues to grow!
The big move happened in late May and we are now fully settled. We love our new premises and even contracted a carpenter to build custom-sized shelves for our ever growing bead room. Now it's fully organised and much more ''user-friendly''.
Everyone here at STJ is much happier with the new fit-out!
Return To Tuscany
As per the last few years, the month of May screams ''Italy'' to us and once again Manu and Megan flew over to Arezzo for the partner's annual general meeting.
Needless to say, they had a fantastic time. They were amazed at how much the ''Bacio family'' had grown in just one year.
Whilst in Tuscany they were pleased to have the opportunity to visit one of the manufacturers and spend some time observing the ladies, who are in charge of enameling the new range called ''Cathedrals'' These stunning new beads are so-named as they resemble the colourful leadlight windows in the Old Italian churches. Megan and Manu were quite taken by the skills of these ladies who made the whole process look very simple; one lady in particular impressed them by showing them how a new enamel pattern for one of the Art Series is borne.
The STJ ladies spent around 30 minutes inside the manufacturing premises but left feeling quite light- headed and on a bit of a high, later having a good laugh when they realized what had happened; spending 30 minutes inside a confined space with the overwhelming enamel fumes and solvents, and virtually no ventilation, can be quite ''up lifting''. Let's just say that they had to hold on to the handrail on their way downstairs!
New Cathedral Range

It has been a long time coming but definitely worth the wait as it is not only user friendly, it also looks great!
Extreme Bacio Makeover
The new summer collection is not the only point worth mentioning; those clever Italians have been busy revamping the whole Bacio image. Soon you'll see new display material in the shops and your next bead purchase may come in beautiful new pyramid-like packaging. These changes will occur once all of the existing packaging has been sent out. The new catalogues and mini catalogues have all been sent out to our retailers and should be available for you to view. This new display material will be available soon.
Bacio Featured
We're excited to announce that we have hired a PR agency to promote Bacio and Bacio Junior . Believe Advertising Agency is doing a brilliant job and we have already been featured in several main stream magazines with many more features booked for the coming months. We're currently featured in the ''Shop Till You Drop'' website and if you would like to have the chance to win some goodies just follow the instructions on their website.

Inori Additions
It is with great pleasure that we can confidently say that INORI has proven to be a great success not only here in Australia but also in New Zealand . We have just received the new mini catalogue and once again they did not fail to surprise us. Leather wallets and belts have recently been added into their collection and we are eagerly awaiting the first delivery. These new additions will be viewable online at www.inori.com.au soon.
Moress Will Impress!
Introducing: Moress. We are very pleased to introduce Moress to the Australian market. Moress is a new bead range that is simply stunning. We can now properly cater for all the gold lovers out there. The range was launched at the Melbourne GHA fair and Sydney JAA fair. The response has been fantastic and we already have numerous retailers selling it.
NZ Fair This Weekend
We are excited to be presenting our STJ ranges at the New Zealand Jewellery and Watchmakers fair in Auckland this coming weekend. If you would like to see the stunning new Bacio Summer Collection, the INORI collection and the brand new Moress collection, please make sure you come and see us at stand 56.
Kiddies Corner
The kids: we can't call them babies any longer as they're 3 now. We can't believe how quickly the time has flown by. Jett and Niki are best of friends, of course, and are already knowledgeable of the STJ bead ranges. Although, they have been very ''diplomatically'' evicted from the office nowadays as their habit of rearranging the office is no longer ''required''.
