I received my order on Friday.... Thank you so much!  We really did not think we would ever be able to find these pieces.  My sister and I designed these bracelets while vacationing in Italy.  We called them our "travel" bracelets and we made them exactly the same.   Except for one thing....  The store only had 1 suitcase and 1 gecko bead. So I took the gecko and my sister took the suitcase thinking we would find them at another store.  Well, we were wrong.  We never found them.  We had been in contact with the store in Bellagio and they never got anymore in.  I have sent friends who were traveling to Italy in search, but no luck.  Then a few weeks ago I ran across your company searching the Internet.  I must be honest and tell you I thought it was a hoax, but worth a try.  I was elated when you responed to my e-mails, but still cautious.  The other day when the postmaster delivered the package I was jumping up and down like a little kid...I couldn't believe it, they were the real things!

Thank you so much for such great service and responding to all my questions during my order process--- this is the best Christmas present ever!!!!
